Don't get confused, a property bond is different than a bail bond. A property bond is a court filed motion that gets you out of jail and does not require an expensive bail bondsman.

Most people don't know what a property bond is. What is a property bond after all? California Penal code section 1298 defines what a property bond is, it's the law.
